Reinholdt, Gobber Speculator
Reinholdt has been completed for some time, at first waiting for varnish and basing, then waiting to be uploaded. He’s very useful in the game for getting your ‘caster an extra shot. On early turns it’s nice to get a free distance measurement as well.
Reinholdt, Gobber Speculator
The sculpt itself is somewhat comical with a bowler hat and an oversized trench coat. Being a goober he’s quite small and it was a very simple paint job with few details and colors. I tried to play up his comical nature a bit by mismatching his colors a bit. For the skin I went with a brighter green, while giving him a blue suit and a light tan trench coat, all offset by a light gray hat.
Rear view
I tried giving the trench coat a worn, dirty look, including some mud around the bottom edges. As is so often the case his trench coat could use further highlighting. The leather satchel has a nice range of contrasts, though.
Side view
The skin started with a base of Gnarls Green, I believe (it was some time ago), which I put a brown wash over. I then did some edge highlights with Necrotite Green.
